Everyone has specific needs when it comes to speech recognition. Your daily work requires that you work with unique programs and you need to be able to accomplish specific tasks quickly and easily. NaturallySpeaking has FAR more capability to address these type of issues than most people realize. Individual one-on-one training helps to identify and address those areas where productivity can be increased the most.
On-site, One-on-One training offers advantages for the student and the instructor when it comes to identifying hardware and environmental issues and for dealing with hard copy documents. However, in many cases it may be more effective to schedule WebEx, remote support training sessions.
Using our WebEx remote support resources, our training experts can work with you, live and on your own computer, to resolve any specific productivity needs and problems you may have encountered, allowing you to get back to doing what you do ... sooner and at higher productivity rates.
WebEx sessions can be scheduled for weekdays 7:00 AM until 6:00 PM. Please call for after hours and weekend rates.
If you are not sure if a WebEx session is right for you, please give us a call and we can discuss the options for your specific situation to help you come to an informed decision.
WebEx hourly sessions can be purchased by calling EXAQ direct or here on our shopping cart. Simply indicate the number of hours of training you would like. Once your purchase has been processed you will be contacted to schedule the date and time for your training session.
Remote Training requires a High Speed Internet Connection with a separate telephone Line
Get the most from your one-on-one training by starting off with a group session. Group sessions cover the dictation basics so that you can focus on productivity during the one-on-one training. For more information, please click "Group Class Descriptions" under the Links heading on the left side of this page.
